Success

What is success ?

Success is the point of having everything you want in life or success is an accomplishment of an aim or purpose just like the most trusted person in the world says "Google", oh well I guess everyone is confusing success with money.

Success vs Money

Money is something that everyone can have, for example each and every week people win lotto but that doesn't mean that those kind of people are successful. Success is hard work, passion in everything you do, helping others and success is HAPPINESS if you have money but you are not happy , that means you still looking success in a very far distance.

How can you successful in life.

Everyone can be successful in life just that some people do not take action and others take actions, every successful person in this world took actions for example we have Sandile Shezi, who started his business with money that he was suppose to pay his University fees. Success also need a story to tell, which means that you must start somewhere in order for you to be successful and never forget people who make you top.

Characteristics of Success.

When someone is successful you will see with the number of people who feed and support their family because of that specific person.  If your boss at work respect you in your position as a cleaner, always greet you and never treat you like that rubbish you always clean everyday that is success in modern slang we would say give that man a bells.

Successful but not personally successful

These kind of people always show off with their limited success, every time when they have something that they achieve they will post on social media while  they are not happy so everything they do, they do it for people. This is the type of people who can spend their R5000 of monthly salary on alcohol and girls just to prove the point of earning money every month.

''I personally believe that success is when you living life unconditional and when you get what you need whenever you want, remember to let your success speak for itself and stay lowkey every time''

Urban Farming Experience

What is urban farming?

Urban farming is farming that take place in urban areas like Townships and cities. This type of farming can be done in open fields, school backyards and plots owned by the municipality. The farms are usually used to uplift the community and give unemployed community members something to do while they are at home. The main purpose of urban farming is for the farmer/s to make a produce and sell it in order to make an income.

Service Learning Project
Servicelearning is an educational approach that balances formal methods of teaching which are done in the classroom with a fresh interactive way of learning which is done practically, outside classrooms. As Public Relations students we were given a service learning project that required us to go to Urban Farms in Soweto and use any skills that we've learnt thus far in our course to help the farmers make their farms more productive. During our visits we noticed that the farm that was assigned to us lacked a number of basic farm equipment and that created a number of challenges for the farmer. All the challenges that will be listed below contributed to our farmer not being able to get maximum profit from his farm
    • Lack of workforce
      No irrigation system
Work source too far from garden
No Nets to protect produce from sun
Throughout the journey we experienced the important of how farming in urban areas such as townships, and how people are so depended on what farms produce. For Mr Monareng to actually get all the equipment the farm needs will take some time hence the department that contacted have procedures that have to followed for all farms

 1. My number one has to be Thato Skwena aka DJ Fresh, Fresh start this thing of entertainment at the very early age where no one was not even aware of how DJ. I love house music too much, I can’t even go a day without it and the first DJ I ever liked in my life was DJ Fresh the music he produce or he ever compile was good and is still good. People must follow this guy not only because he is a DJ at different clubs or his beautiful voice on 5FM but Thato is also a good parent.
The king DJ FRESH

2. My Queen@bonang_m aka Queen B wows!  What a great radio personality In South Africa. The main reason why I chose Queen B on my five most influencers to follow on Social media are because she is having a very beautiful voice on radio and even on television actual she is gifted. One thing I like about Ms Matheba is that she is an independent woman so some other women can learn few things to her.

Role of social media in the digital age

As a future PR professional writing a blog was something that I always anticipated and I guess now is the time, let's see how people and organisations interact on social media.

It is the way of conveying message to the specific audience, organisations sees it as a platform to engage with their customers. I personally think most people don’t find it as the useful tool of interacting instead they misuse it for example people complain and criticise brands. The main role of social media is to give organisations a feedback from their customers, However I believe that it is for the market, for example most organisations use the Social media to market themselves which is very easy for them to reach their targeted audience.

The Nkandla report serenades social networks

The controversially built Nkandla
So… our President, JZ decided to spend R250m on his homestead upgrade. The news was all over the social networks but what we got on the report was so different because Mr President was not aware about the upgrade at his home just like any random resident from Soweto who was given RDPs by the government without any quotations or even asks how can I pay? But instead they just take a house and say government ANC is doing good, so with this Nkandla issue don’t you think the President of South Africa deserve better house? And I think Mr Jacob Zuma is doing a good thing to upgrade his deep-rooted   home because if he was just any other President he would upgrade or have a house most expensive places like Sandton or even Houghton. People must look this matter in different angles before they even judge JZ hence he didn’t ask for this upgrade, so don’t you think maybe some other haters of Jacob Zuma want to let our President down ?

Comportment on social network towards the Nkandla report

I strongly believe that most South African people don’t utilise the powerful of social networks correctly, for example @MichelleMichie  from Twitter even made a joke about this matter saying that
''With all the SARS thanks u ads Nandos should do one with Jz saying thank you for helping build a future for his wife’s and family #nkandla''
