As
a future PR professional writing a blog was something that I always anticipated
and I guess now is the time, let's see how people and organisations interact on
social media.
It is the way of conveying message to the specific audience, organisations sees it as a platform to engage with their customers. I personally think most people don’t find it as the useful tool of interacting instead they misuse it for example people complain and criticise brands. The main role of social media is to give organisations a feedback from their customers, However I believe that it is for the market, for example most organisations use the Social media to market themselves which is very easy for them to reach their targeted audience.

Comportment on social network towards the Nkandla report
I
strongly believe that most South African people don’t utilise the powerful of
social networks correctly, for example @MichelleMichie from
Twitter even made a joke about this matter saying that
''With all the SARS thanks u
ads Nandos should do one with Jz saying thank you for helping build a future
for his wife’s and family #nkandla''
