As
a future PR professional writing a blog was something that I always anticipated
and I guess now is the time, let's see how people and organisations interact on
social media.
It is the way of conveying message to the specific audience, organisations sees it as a platform to engage with their customers. I personally think most people don’t find it as the useful tool of interacting instead they misuse it for example people complain and criticise brands. The main role of social media is to give organisations a feedback from their customers, However I believe that it is for the market, for example most organisations use the Social media to market themselves which is very easy for them to reach their targeted audience.
The Nkandla report serenades social networks

Comportment on social network towards the Nkandla report
I
strongly believe that most South African people don’t utilise the powerful of
social networks correctly, for example @MichelleMichie from
Twitter even made a joke about this matter saying that
''With all the SARS thanks u
ads Nandos should do one with Jz saying thank you for helping build a future
for his wife’s and family #nkandla''

Sir you have offered us a great deal of information which can assist us in terms of understanding the responsibility our leaders have.Furthermore having concluded with that I believe your reasoning as an opinion leader is thought and justifies why I read your blog.
ReplyDeleteThank you Andile Im looking forward to read your comment on my next post
DeleteI think that Social media is the right platform where people should express their personal feelings, Mostly on issues like the #Nkandla because we know that we can not face our leaders face to face but the only platform that we can use have to voice out our opinions and beliefs is the #socialmedia.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Mr Katanagna but people must not judge other from what they saw on Social network this get to the point of Nkandla mermaids saga which was also viral people were judging the President with their limited infarmation eventual that information were proven that its wrong
ReplyDeleteOn point friend but yet cannot justify the power of social media and the influence it has on people's opinion about a certain individual.
ReplyDeleteI am actually glad i read this. This is the kind of information the public needs inorder to stop demanding the money that our president used for a good course.I think this is what any responsible leader could have done. Useful information indeed. Proper justification.
ReplyDeleteNontobeko I really appreciate you responce and I wish many people can change their perceptions about this issue
ReplyDeleteOfcourse Mr Jacob Zuma deserves an upgrades and also props to him for remaining in his homeplace. But now my problem is you cant tellme that he didnt know about the upgrade because that is utter bull, how can such a big project go unnotice like that. If they fix the roof at my house for sure I will know about it and also know who the person that sponsered to fix my roof is so he musnt come with his stupid nonsense.
ReplyDeleteGcina, Mr Zuma notice everything but to him It was just a normal President upgrade just like every South African citizens who were getting RDP.
ReplyDeletetrue that people do not think out of the box our President do needed an upgrade . i personally think that people should stop pointing Mr JZ for everything that goes wrong in this country.
ReplyDeleteLol I find your defending president Jacob Zuma a bit funny, You talking as if the man was away for 15 years and when he came back...BOOM! a huge house for him was put as a surprise. I don't hate him personally, I just hate his way of doing things
ReplyDeleteZuma is our President if we dont defend him that means we are failing to defend ourselves
DeleteI agree that social media has made it easy for us all and its the right platform to express ones feelings. I think your comment on Zuma is ridiculous because how can there be upgrades in your house and you don't know about them? no I don't buy it.
ReplyDeleteNoluthando what Im saying is that people must get their facts right before pointing their fingers
ReplyDeleteWe cannot blame South African society for wanting the truth about our president's home upgrade. We are one of most corrupted countries in the world.
ReplyDeleteI love my president and believe if i was the president of this country i would take care of home first aswel but using the money legally.... He must pay back the money
ReplyDeleteso are you saying its illegally please provide your relevant facts for that
ReplyDeleteDo you think that we as South Africans are making use of social media to just expose others who have done something that is wrong or have we also made use of social media to interact and communicate with each other?
ReplyDeletething is with Nkandla there are no tangible financial statement mxm
